Contract Bridge (usually known simply as Bridge) is a card game of skill for four players, who form two partnerships, in each case the player opposite them.

The game of bridge is divided into two parts:

The bidding process is complex, particularly as there are many playing conventions associated with it. The mechanics of the play are relative simple, but playing well requires thought, experience and a good memory for the cards already played.
