Go is a traditional board game that originated in ancient China, but is popular throughout East Asia. The game is played by two players who take turns placing stones of their color on a grid. The aim of the game is to capture as much territory as possible, which can be done by surrounding empty areas or surrounding the other player's pieces. While the rules of Go are relatively simple, the game can involve extremely complex strategies.
